A direct cremation is £1,295, all in, and a viewing at the chapel of rest before it is £150. A repatriation depends on the country, and every country page carries our estimate. The repatriation figures on this site are estimates. The one you have from us in writing is the one on the invoice.
It depends on where your loved one is and on which documents the two countries ask for, so we give you a realistic timescale on the first call rather than a number here. A direct cremation is usually quicker, because there is one set of paperwork. Either way, you hear from us at each step.
No. Everything can be arranged by phone, email or WhatsApp, wherever you are. We collect your loved one, obtain every document and keep you informed throughout. If you would like to visit the chapel of rest before a cremation, we arrange a time for you.
As soon as the hospital, hospice, care home or coroner releases your loved one into our care, and we agree the time with you on the first call. For a direct cremation, standard collection is included and an urgent collection from a home is £250 on top.
